I have been involved in real estate sales and listings in Mt. Shasta for over 32 years and have earned the International Re/Max Hall of Fame award in honor of my real estate activities.  What you can expect of my services to you, as a buyer, would include my dedicated diligence to assist you in finding your perfect home, land to build on, income property whether it is residential or commercial income producing property.  I am a native of Mount Shasta and know the entire area of Siskiyou County quite well (includes Mt. Shasta Ca, Dunsmuir CA, Weed CA, McCloud CA, Lake Shastina, Montague CA, and Greneda CA). 

Montague and Greneda are mostly large propreties and ranches, so if you are looking for "room to roam" that is where it will be found.

I am also experienced in development properties.  I can assist you from finding a property, to  running it through Department of Real Estate and on to actual subdivision and sales.
