Using the information provided about each property, including listing prices, selling prices, square footage, amenities, etc. I am able to compare your property to the others and determine an estimate of fair market value should you be considering a sale of your property. This is the same criteria that an appraiser will use when doing a full appraisal for you. The estimate of market value, if done properly, and by using all of the available resources, should provide you with a fair pricing of your property. I take pride in the fact that the price I will recommend to you will not be "pulled out of the air" but will be fully researched.
