I call it “MY CITY” because this is where I was born, raised my family, and have been a realtor for the last 32 years.  We all still live here, and it would take a very large pull to get any of us out.

Mt. Shasta is a great place to raise children.  It is a small, picturesque, mountain town with lots to see and do!

Our town of Mt. Shasta's highpoint is our 14,162-foot mountain. We are fortunate to have many outdoor activities such as Alpine and Nordic skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, ice fishing, major bike riding, challenging hiking areas---or just a pleasant walk on beautiful trails around Lake Siskiyou (which also has a great beach for sunbathing).  For you skaters or "wannabe's" we have an ice skating rink that offers lessons and skates, and obviously mountain climbing is very popular (with guides recommended). Hunting and fishing are big--including mushroom hunting! White water rafting is available as is rock climbing. The list goes on and on.

We have a wonderful farmer's market; have local craftsmen who sell  their creations, art galleries where you can purchase the work of local talent and others.  Restaurants are great! Summer is incomparable with the days and evenings being so special! The sky is clear for you stargazers.  We draw visitors from all across Northern California as a gateway to world-class recreation, and an excellent quality of life.  A unique blend of friendly neighbors, attractive parks, and interesting businesses make this a well-rounded city and the jewel of Siskiyou County.

Mt. Shasta is the second highest mountain in the United States.  Interstate 5 provides easy access to the City of Mt. Shasta.

I hope that this site inspires you to visit us!  When you do, PLEASE look me up.  I would love to meet you!
